Please contact geckoimports.ie before returning any item. Eligibility can vary for trade orders, made-to-order items, clearance products and products assembled or used after delivery.

Reporting an issue

• Provide your order or quote reference.
• Describe the issue clearly.
• Include photographs of the product, packaging and delivery label where relevant.
